The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Defer

Defer helps you take back your attention by letting you block any website you choose. Add a domain, and it's blocked immediately — redirecting you to a calm reminder page instead. What makes Defer different is Lockout Mode. Once enabled, any changes to your blocklist — adding or removing sites — are delayed by 20 minutes before taking effect. That delay is enough to outlast the impulse that sent you reaching for a distraction in the first place. Features: • Block any domain instantly • Custom blocked page with a motivational reminder • Lockout Mode: 20-minute delay on all blocklist edits • Pending changes visible with live countdown timers • Cancel a pending change before it applies • Enable/disable blocking globally with one toggle • Works across Chrome, Edge, and Firefox Defer doesn't collect any data, connect to any server, or track anything about your browsing. Your blocklist lives on your device only.
