Default Quality for YouTube

Stop starting YouTube at 360p and changing the quality on every video. Pick a default quality and the extension applies it automatically to every video you open. FEATURES • Simple by default: a single quality slider applies to all videos. • If you want, turn off "Same quality for all videos" and pick a quality for each kind: regular videos, live streams and music. • From 144p to 2160p (4K), or "Max": every video opens at the best quality it offers. • "Auto": lets YouTube decide for that kind of video. • If a video doesn't offer your chosen quality, it uses the highest one available below it. • One-click on/off. • Manual quality changes during a video are respected until the next video. • Also works on Shorts. PRIVACY Collects, sends and sells no data. Everything stays in your browser. SUPPORT Free and ad-free. If you find it useful, there is a voluntary support link inside the popup.
