Nothing floats on top of the player, nothing covers the picture, nothing drifts out of sync. Turn danmaku off in the player and the translations go with it. It looks like watching a video where everyone happened to be commenting in your language. Danmaku is not ordinary writing. It is slang, memes, abbreviations, and in-jokes that only make sense in context. Translation is done by an AI model chosen for exactly that kind of text, so "666" comes back as "amazing," not as a number. BILINGUAL COMMENT SECTION Under the video, every comment gets a translation added beneath the original. The Chinese stays put, so you can always see both, and replies stay attached to the comments they belong to. Keep scrolling and newly loaded comments are translated as they appear.
