The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Cutback

I previously heavily relied upon setting shortcuts for chrome using the site search functionality in chrome://settings/searchEngines. Recently chrome removed support for site searches that do not include a placeholder. So a shortcut like c/cal that would take me to https://calendar.google.com no longer works. This extension allows you to define shortcuts like that, using the prefix "c" (then tab) to enter the extensions omniSearch.
