HOW IT WORKS - Click the CSV Preview & Quick Edit icon in your toolbar. - Choose a .csv, .tsv, or .txt file from your computer, or open a .csv/.tsv URL. - The extension parses the file locally in your browser with a streaming Web Worker. - Filter, sort, edit cells, find and replace, dedupe, and clean. - Export the result as CSV, TSV, JSON, XLSX, or Markdown. KEY FEATURES - Find and replace across the whole file or a single column, with regex and case-sensitive options, and a preview before applying. - Remove duplicate rows by full-row match. - Trim leading and trailing whitespace from every cell. - Remove fully empty rows. - Lowercase, uppercase, or title-case entire columns. - Split a column by a custom delimiter, or merge a column with the next one. - Data quality audit: blank cells, empty rows, duplicates, malformed rows, invalid emails, invalid URLs, unparseable dates. - Column filters with conditions: contains, equals, starts with, ends with, empty, not empty, greater than, less than, regex. - Global search across every visible cell. - Inline edit: double-click any cell, type, save. - Undo stack with up to 30 reversible steps. - "First row is header" toggle for headerless CSVs. - Editable file name, persisted to the recent-files list. - Sortable columns with natural sort for mixed text and numbers. - Auto-detect comma, semicolon, tab, and pipe delimiters. - Resize columns by dragging the header edge; double-click to auto-fit. - Export current view as CSV, TSV, JSON, XLSX, or Markdown table; choose all rows, filtered rows, or selected rows. - Copy the visible table to clipboard as CSV. - Keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+F focuses find, Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+E exports. - URL detection: open .csv and .tsv links from the address bar in the same viewer. PRIVACY CSV file contents are processed locally in Chrome. The extension does not upload your CSV rows, headers, or edited cell values to a server. The extension contacts peakproductivity.online for Pro license checks using a randomly generated device ID. Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout pages.
