To extract data, follow these steps: 1. Go to Crexi.com/search, make sure you are LOGGED IN, and search for a location. You can filter by price and the extension will account for those ranges. 2. Open up the extension and click "Start extracting". 3. Optional: Automate enriching listings data to grab NOI, cap rate, brokerage contact info (emails are only available with Crexi Pro) from the dashboard 4.
