Control your urges

This is a Chrome extension designed to help users reflect before visiting adult or triggering websites. Instead of blocking access immediately, it creates a short mindful pause — giving you space to think and choose consciously. 💡 How it works When you try to open a site that you’ve added to your list, Stop the Addiction activates a reflection screen. You can decide whether to continue or stop, based on how you feel in that moment. There are two modes: Basic version: shows a simple “Yes / No” reflection screen. Pro version: adds a deeper reflection process. Before making a decision, you answer short reflective questions. After completing them, you can decide whether to continue or not. The goal isn’t to punish — it’s to help you slow down, observe the impulse, and make a deliberate choice. ⚙️ Main features Reflective screen before visiting adult websites Customizable site list and duration of reflection Two modes: Basic and Pro Works fully offline — no data collection or tracking Lightweight, minimal design focused on clarity and calmness 🔒 Privacy Stop the Addiction operates entirely on your device.
