WHAT YOU CAN EXPORT Group members — select one or many WhatsApp groups and export all participants. Include or skip group admins with one switch. When a person is in several of your groups, "Merge duplicates" keeps them on a single row and lists every group they belong to. Chats and saved contacts — export everyone you have a personal chat with, or only the contacts saved in your address book. Labels (WhatsApp Business) — export the customers you tagged, such as "New customer" or "Paid", with each person listed once. Countries — export contacts by country code. Shared codes are split correctly, so +1 numbers from the USA, Canada, Jamaica or Puerto Rico and +7 numbers from Russia or Kazakhstan end up in the right country. FILE FORMATS Excel (.xlsx) — a real Excel workbook, ready to sort and filter. CSV — UTF-8 with BOM, so names in any language open correctly in Excel. JSON — for developers and CRM imports. vCard (.vcf) — save WhatsApp contacts to your phone, Google Contacts or iCloud in one go. WHAT IS IN EACH ROW Country code and country, phone number (plain and formatted), saved name, public WhatsApp name, whether the number is in your contacts, business account, blocked status, labels, group name, and the date and direction of the last message. The last message text is optional and off by default. HOW TO USE 1. Open WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) and log in. 2. Click the Contacts Saver icon in your toolbar. 3. Choose Groups, Chats, Labels or Countries and tick what you need. 4. Click Export, then download the format you want. You can stop a long export at any time and still download everything collected so far. WHY CONTACTS SAVER Fast — group exports finish in seconds, even across hundreds of groups.
