About Compat — IE Compatibility for Chrome

Your legacy apps still work. Your browser is still Chrome. Compat lets IT teams and users run pages that only work in Internet Explorer — ActiveX controls, classic MSHTML rendering, VBScript, and legacy SVG — inside a normal Chrome tab on Windows 10 and 11. No second browser. No VM. No rewrite. WHY TEAMS CHOOSE COMPAT • Keep users in the browser your company already standardized on • Full control of every seat: activate, deactivate, and remote revoke • Self-Deploy CRX packages for GPO / Intune (Enterprise) • 14-day full-feature trial so you can test your worst internal app first • No Microsoft software is bundled or redistributed KEY FEATURES • Toolbar toggle or keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+I) to open the current page with the IE engine • Auto URLs — automatically open matching sites in compatibility mode • Document modes from IE7 Quirks through IE11 • Native support for Adobe SVG Viewer and classic ActiveX controls • Exceptions list so the legacy engine only runs where you allow it • Seat licensing with shared admin portal • Enterprise Self-Deploy and GPO/ADMX policy support PRICING • 14-day full trial (every feature unlocked) • Individual from €19/year (launch pricing) • Team: €17 for 5 seats / year • Enterprise: volume pricing + remote revoke + Self-Deploy See current plans: https://compat.app/pricing/ Ideal for manufacturing, healthcare, banking, public sector, and any organization still running internal apps that require the classic IE engine. Windows + Chrome only. Privacy policy: https://compat.app/privacy/ Documentation: https://compat.app/docs/ Enterprise & deployment: https://compat.app/enterprise/ Support: https://compat.app/contact/
