The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Collect – Media Downloader & Web Clipper
Batch download images from a web page with Collect: review detected images, select the ones you want and download them together.
Search the detected files, filter by format or image orientation, and sort images by pixel dimensions. Select all visible results or choose individual items. If your filters hide every result, use Clear filters to see the detected files again. You can also review detected videos and audio, with duration filters for those media types.
Open Select Materials to capture a screenshot: drag over part of the visible page to save that area as a PNG, or click a non-media element to capture its visible bounds. Clicking an eligible media element saves that file instead. Settings show your assigned selection shortcut, or offer Set shortcut to open Chrome shortcut settings.
Use Text to save page text as a TXT file, including short pages. An optional setting saves an HTML clip. Adjust download naming and site subfolders in settings. Batch downloads can optionally be packaged as a ZIP.
Works on regular web pages; available files depend on the accessible media URLs a page exposes, some protected or streamed content cannot be downloaded, and browser system pages and extension stores restrict access.
Click the Collect title to open settings, set up a shortcut, or revisit the three-step guide.
