CodeOxi Mail Merge sends personalised emails to a list of recipients straight from your own Gmail account. Every message goes out through the official Gmail API as a normal email from you, one recipient at a time, so replies land in your inbox as usual. What you can do Import recipients from Google Sheets, Excel or CSV, and check the list for bad or duplicate addresses before sending. Personalise every email with merge tags such as {{name}} and {{company}}, with fallbacks for empty cells. Build simple newsletters with product blocks and a clean layout that works in common email clients. Write or rewrite emails with AI, using your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or Groq API key, in English or Vietnamese.
