Co-rent by leaso.com

Leaso Co-Rent helps you find someone who independently wants the same rental listing as you, so you can split the rent and apply for places you couldn't justify alone. Browse supported rental portals as normal. When you find a listing you like, mark it with Co-Rent. If another Leaso user has independently marked the same property, you'll each appear in the other's matches — review each other's profile, and when you both confirm interest, Leaso opens a private chat between you. You can review their Leaso profile — identity, lifestyle, move-in date, and how they'd split the rent — before you ever message. You're already aligned on location, budget, and timing before you say a word. This is not a flatmate finder. You're not renting a room in someone else's place. You both independently found the same whole property and want it for the same reasons. How it works: Create a free Leaso account and build your co-renter profile with Leaso AI (budget, location, move-in date, lifestyle) Install the extension — it sits on top of supported rental portals Browse as normal and mark listings you want with Co-Rent When another user independently wants the same listing, you appear in each other's matches; when you both confirm interest, you're connected and can chat in Leaso Review their profile, arrange a viewing together, and agree on terms Works on major rental portals across Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK and Ireland, with more regions rolling out.
