The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About CloseIt!

This extension allows you to input any URL or keyword. It will continuously monitor open tabs and automatically close those that match the input. It works with both single and multiple tabs. For example, if you have 10 tabs open with URLs like "google.com/something," and you enter "google," the app will search through the current tabs and close any that contain the specified keyword in certain seconds provided by the user.
