The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Close Multiple Tabs
Close the tabs above, below, or all other tabs around the current tab, with a shortcut key or from the context menu.
"Above" means the tabs before the current tab and "Below" means the tabs after it, so the wording works for both horizontal and vertical tab layouts.
Shortcuts
- Alt+Shift+L: Close Tabs Above
- Alt+Shift+R: Close Tabs Below
- Alt+Shift+O: Close Other Tabs
You can change them at chrome://extensions/shortcuts (Edge: edge://extensions/shortcuts).
Context menu
Right-click a page and choose Close Tabs → Close Tabs Above / Close Tabs Below / Close Other Tabs.
The current tab and pinned tabs are always kept open.
No data is collected: the extension only uses the contextMenus permission and never reads page content.
