Clipr

Clipr is a lightweight browser video clipper that lets you capture and download specific sections of web videos without downloading the entire video. Choose a start and end time, or quickly select a recent segment such as the last 15 seconds. Clipr captures the selected portion and saves it directly to your device. Video, audio, browsing history, cookies, and personal information are not sent to external servers. Clipr only accesses a tab when you explicitly invoke the extension. When direct video capture is unavailable, Clipr can use tab capture as a fallback to complete the requested recording.
