ClipFromX Video Downloader

ClipFromX lets you inspect a supported public media page, choose an available video or audio format, and save the selected file through Chrome. On X (formerly Twitter), it also adds a download control to detected public video posts. Main features: - Analyzes the current public media page only after the user opens the extension. - Detects visible video posts on x.com and twitter.com. - Detects the currently visible public video on TikTok feed pages and targets its concrete permalink. - Adds a download action directly to each detected public video post. - Lists available video resolutions and MP3 or M4A audio exports. - Downloads the exact format selected by the user. - Keeps long video preparation running in the background and shows elapsed preparation time. - Shows all video posts detected on the current page in the extension popup. - Uses the hosted ClipFromX resolver over HTTPS. The Chrome Web Store edition recognizes a concrete YouTube video page but does not resolve or download it. ClipFromX does not read passwords, login cookies, private messages, form contents, or private-account content. A selected public page URL, media index, and format are sent to the hosted ClipFromX resolver only after the user asks to resolve or download that item. Download only content you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to save. ClipFromX does not bypass private accounts, paywalls, DRM, or access controls and is not affiliated with supported sites or their owners.
