ClickbaitKiller scores every YouTube video before you click it, and fact-checks it live while you watch. FEATURES • Scores from 1 to 100 Every video gets a score for clickbait, filler, ads, ragebait and credibility. You also see its format: news, tutorial, opinion, review, talk and more. • Auto mode Scores every thumbnail that stays on screen. Without auto mode, click the dot on a thumbnail. • BULLSHIT stamp If a video passes your clickbait threshold, it gets a stamp on its thumbnail. You set the threshold. • Watch panel All scores and a short summary appear next to the video you watch. • Live fact check False and misleading claims appear in the player at the second they are made, with a correction. It also works in fullscreen. Turn it on in the player menu. SETUP ClickbaitKiller uses AI models through the Vercel AI Gateway. You need your own API key: 1. Create a key in the Vercel AI Gateway. 2. Open the extension's options page. 3. Paste the key and click "Save & test". PRIVACY • Your API key stays in your browser. • To score a video, video data (such as title and content) is sent to the AI model. There are no servers of our own and no tracking. • The extension only runs on youtube.com.
