About Claimmyfare Assist
Stop leaving TfL delay refunds unclaimed.
Claimmyfare Assist reads your TfL journey history — right there on the page you're already signed into — and tells you exactly which journeys qualify for a delay refund, in under a minute.
How it works:
1. Sign into contactless.tfl.gov.uk yourself, the same way you always have.
2. Open your journey/payment history page.
3. Click "Find refundable journeys on this page."
4. The extension reads what's already on screen and checks each journey's actual duration against TfL's own published scheduled time for that route.
5. For anything that qualifies, you get exact step-by-step instructions for TfL's own claim form — station names, date, time, delay — ready to copy in.
You always stay in control. Claimmyfare Assist never logs into TfL for you, never stores or even sees your TfL password, and never submits anything on TfL's site. It only reads the page you already have open, and only when you click the button. You review and submit every claim yourself, on TfL's own site.
Free to use. The free tier tells you how many journeys on a page look refundable. Upgrade for full journey-by-journey detail and step-by-step claim instructions — plans from £4.99/month, with a 14-day free trial.
No percentage of your refund — you keep 100% of whatever TfL refunds you.
