The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Chrome Session Saver

Chrome Session Saver lets you export your currently open Chrome windows, tabs, and tab groups to a local sessions.json or sessions.txt file, then later import that file to reopen the saved windows and tabs. The extension does not sync data, upload browsing data, or use an external server. Exported session files are created only when the user clicks an export button.
