ChatLean helps keep supported AI chat pages responsive by trimming older rendered messages from the page while keeping your most recent conversation visible. ChatLean works locally in your browser on supported AI chat sites, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Poe. Older messages are replaced with lightweight placeholders, and you can restore them when needed with the “Load older messages” button.
