ChatGPT Bulk Delete & Chat Manager

Bulk delete ChatGPT chats and organize your conversation history with Topiarly. Select multiple conversations to delete or archive, search available chats by title keyword, and manage active and archived conversations from one dedicated panel. Use Quick Select directly in the sidebar or open the Topiarly Manager for search and selection tools. You choose which conversations to manage, and both methods ask for confirmation before permanent deletion. BULK DELETE SELECTED CONVERSATIONS Remove multiple chats together instead of deleting them one by one. Select the conversations you want to remove and review the selected count before confirming. The confirmation dialog explains that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Choose Cancel to return without deleting your selection. QUICK SELECT FROM THE SIDEBAR Select conversations using checkboxes directly in the ChatGPT sidebar. A floating Topiarly action bar shows how many chats are selected and lets you: • Archive selected conversations • Delete selected conversations • Clear your selection Quick Select works with conversations already displayed in the sidebar, so you can manage those chats without opening the Manager. CHAT MANAGER WITH KEYWORD SEARCH Open the dedicated Manager from the extension icon to browse and organize available conversations. • Switch between Active and Archived chats • Search by words in conversation titles • Select individual chats or multiple conversations • Select all matching chats available in the current list • Clear your selection • Refresh the conversation list • Archive, unarchive, or delete selected chats Keyword search filters the conversations available in the Manager, helping you find matching titles and manage the results together. BULK ARCHIVE AND UNARCHIVE Organize your ChatGPT history without permanently deleting conversations. Archive multiple active chats at once. Open the Archived tab to browse archived conversations, then select the chats you want to unarchive and bring back to your active history. You can also permanently delete selected archived conversations after confirmation. YOU CONTROL EVERY SELECTION Topiarly does not automatically decide which conversations to delete. You select the chats and choose the action. Both the Manager and Quick Select display a confirmation dialog showing the number of selected conversations before permanent deletion. GETTING STARTED 1. Open chatgpt.com. 2. Select chats directly in the sidebar, or click the Topiarly extension icon to open the Manager. 3. Browse conversations or search available chat titles by keyword. 4. Select the chats you want to manage. 5. Choose Archive or Delete, or use Unarchive in the Archived tab. 6. Review and confirm if you choose permanent deletion.
