The extension links the Steam session in your browser with your Case Market account, so the site can show your inventory, create and track trade offers, and tell you when a trade needs your attention, without you copying anything by hand. What it does - Links your Steam session to Case Market once you are signed in to both - Keeps your inventory on Case Market up to date, read from your own browser - Lets Case Market send and track Steam trade offers for your sales and purchases - Runs in the background: no popup, no buttons, nothing to configure - Re-syncs by itself when your Steam session changes or when you open Steam or Case Market Why install it - Sell cases from your inventory in a couple of clicks - See your inventory on Case Market the moment you open it - Trade status stays in step with Steam without refreshing anything Requirements - A Case Market account (sign in with Steam) - Being signed in to Steam in the same browser - A Steam account with trading enabled and the Steam Mobile app for confirmations What the extension reads and sends It reads your Steam session cookies and the item list of your own CS2 inventory, in your browser, and sends them to casemarket.org over HTTPS. Session cookies are encrypted before they leave the browser and are used only to act on your behalf for trades and inventory on Case Market. The extension does not read your Steam password, messages, friends or payment details, and it never touches other websites.
