The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Cart Buddy

A friendly browser extension that keeps track of everything you've spotted while shopping online. While browsing, a small bear shows up to say hi. When you land on a product page, it offers to save that item to your universal cart. Open the extension popup any time to see everything you've saved, grouped by store, and jump straight back to any product with one click. Works on Amazon, eBay, Target, Walmart, and most other online stores.
