Carryover: AI Chat Export & Move Packs

Carryover saves an AI chat conversation as a readable file, or turns it into a move pack so you can continue the same work in another assistant. Open a supported conversation, click Carryover, and save the conversation as a readable file in a few seconds. Conversion happens in your browser. WHAT IT DOES - Copy the conversation as Markdown, keeping its headings, lists, tables and code blocks. - Download it as a document file. The popup offers several formats; PDF uses your browser's print dialog. - Make a move pack: the chat is cut into parts sized for the next AI, with a START_HERE message that explains how to pick the conversation up. - Convert an official data export (the zip file a chat service emails you) into separate readable files, right in the extension. Free features keep working without Pro. See the website for current pricing. HOW TO USE 1. Open a supported conversation. For a long chat, scroll to the top once so every message has loaded. 2. Click the Carryover icon. 3. Choose Copy as Markdown, a file format, or Make pack. 4. Save the file, or paste the move-pack parts into the assistant you want to continue with. LIMITS - Capture depends on each service's page structure and on the messages loaded in the page, so it cannot guarantee a complete conversation history. Check the result before you rely on it. - A move pack helps another AI pick up your context; it cannot guarantee the other AI remembers every detail. - PDF uses your browser's print dialog: choose "Save as PDF". - Works only on the conversation pages of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. PRIVACY - Carryover reads the conversation on the tab you open it on, only when you press a button, and converts it on your device. - We do not store your data on our servers.
