Bytky: Sreality & Bezrealitky deal checker

Is that flat on Sreality or Bezrealitky actually a good deal? Bytky answers right on the listing: a fair-price verdict, the true monthly cost, every price change, and how it compares with similar homes nearby. For rentals and sales, anywhere in Czechia. THE VERDICT FIRST Every listing gets a verdict, from Good deal to Pricey, with the fair price, how far the asking price is from it, and how much room there is to negotiate. It's worked out from comparable listings nearby (similar size and layout), and it always says how many it's based on. Send a short Bytky report link to a flatmate or partner in one tap. WHAT IT REALLY COSTS Rent, service charges and utilities as one monthly figure, the price per m², and the deposit in months of rent. In CZK, EUR or USD. WHAT IT WOULD RENT FOR On flats for sale: the rent the flat would ask, from similar rentals nearby, and the gross yield on the asking price, with an indicative net yield and how many rentals it's based on. "Run the numbers" opens Bytky's calculator with the flat filled in. Asking figures, not investment advice. THE LISTING'S HISTORY Every price cut and rise Bytky has seen, how long the listing has been up, how many people have viewed and contacted it (where the site publishes that), whether the same home was listed before, and whether it's also on the other site for a different price. WHERE IT IS The full address, with a map and a Mapy.cz link. ON SEARCH RESULTS Badges on every result: the verdict, the gross yield on flats for sale, recent price drops, price against the area, days on the market, relisted, and also on the other site. Spot the good ones without opening each listing. SAVE FLATS, GET ALERTS Tap the heart to save a flat. The toolbar popup lists your saved flats with today's price and what has changed. With a free Bytky account they follow you to every device, and you get a notification when a saved flat's price drops or rises, when it's reserved or taken down, or when a saved search finds something new. Everything else works without an account. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Bytky only runs on Sreality and Bezrealitky. It reads which listing you're looking at, to fetch its data, and nothing else about your browsing. No ads. Usage statistics only if you switch them on, and never your browsing history. Alt+B opens the popup. Light and dark themes. The extension's interface is in English. Bytky is independent and not affiliated with Sreality, Seznam.cz or Bezrealitky. More at bytky.com.
