The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Bulk URL Opener
【What it does】
Paste URLs separated by newlines or commas, click one button, and every valid http/https link opens in its own background tab. The popup mirrors the browser language (English/Japanese), adds missing `https://`, and shows a live counter so you know the exact batch size.
【Key Features】
・Live counter displays only entries that successfully parse as URLs
・HTTP/HTTPS validation blocks `javascript:` and other unsafe schemes
・Sequential tab creation smooths bursts; recommended batch size (30) appears as a hint
・Auto-normalizes schemes and surfaces inline errors inside the popup
・Runs entirely client-side with the minimal `tabs` permission; no analytics or network calls
・Clear button resets both the textarea and counter instantly
【Changelog】
v1.0.0: Initial release with bilingual UI, validation, sequential tab creation, and live counter.
【How to Use】
Enable Developer Mode on `chrome://extensions` and load the unpacked folder.
Click the toolbar icon, paste newline/comma-separated URLs, and press **Open URLs**.
Watch the status line for success or errors; keep batches near 30 for best results.
【Limitations】
・Chrome desktop only—no scheduling, dedupe, or per-domain throttling
・Site-side rate limits/auth prompts are outside the extension’s control
