Browser Relay

Browser Relay moves highlighted text into the browser tabs you choose — while protecting sensitive values locally before the text is inserted. HOW IT WORKS Arm the browser tabs you want to use, highlight text on a webpage, and press Ctrl+Shift+8. Browser Relay protects supported sensitive values locally, then inserts the protected text into your armed tabs. You stay in control of the final step. Browser Relay inserts text only — it never presses Enter, clicks Send, or submits a form. BROWSER + DESKTOP With SafeRelay Desktop, Browser Relay can also participate in protected workflows between your browser and supported Windows applications. You can relay protected text from Browser to Browser + Desktop, or from Desktop to Desktop + Browser. Desktop Integration is optional. Browser Relay continues to work independently when SafeRelay Desktop is not installed or when Desktop Integration is turned off. PROTECTION Browser Relay can protect supported sensitive values such as credentials, API keys, network information, financial information, personal identifiers, business identifiers, and your own Custom Protected Terms. Custom Protected Terms let you protect private names and values that generic protection rules would not know about, such as project names, internal hostnames, client identifiers, or codenames. LOCAL-FIRST Relay content is processed locally in your browser. The text you highlight and relay is not sent to SafeRelay servers for protection processing.
