Passwords are never stored inside the extension. Data is stored in your organization’s backend (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB via API), not in the public cloud by Chrome. If your session expires, the extension prompts you to log in again. Login credentials are used only to authenticate and are not stored by the extension. Data captured from forms is transmitted securely to your organization’s backend services for storage and reuse. The extension stores only session tokens and minimal preferences locally to operate.
