Bloom Guard

Bloom Guard helps you grow your focus by turning distracting sites into manageable weeds—with daily budgets, smart friction, and one-tap protection when you need it. What it does Bloom Guard tracks how much time you spend on distracting websites and gently steps in when you hit your daily budget—so you stay intentional, not stuck scrolling. Key features Daily budgets for “Weeds” Set a daily time budget per site (plus session caps and cooldowns) to prevent endless loops. Quick Shield (one tap) Instantly pause weeds for 15m / 30m / 1h / until you turn it off. Focus Bloom sessions Start a Focus Bloom when you want a clean sprint—no feeds, no distractions. Mindful checks (intent gate) Add lightweight friction like a short reason prompt, a breathing pause, or a word check before opening a weed. Feed-only blocking Block the parts that cause spirals (feeds/explore/shorts) while keeping useful pages accessible. Schedules & presets Apply different rules for workdays, evenings, study sprints, or weekends. Escalation & binge protection Automatically increase cooldowns after repeated violations and detect rapid “open loops” to break binges. Stats that make sense See time, check-ins, peaks, and which weeds are draining you most—so you can improve week to week. Designed to feel supportive, not shamey Bloom Guard uses a simple plant metaphor: your attention is what helps you grow. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s steadier, healthier habits. Install Bloom Guard and protect your bloom.
