Block Compose - Gmail & Outlook helps prevent accidental or unwanted email delivery to specific addresses. Create a personal block list of email addresses. When a blocked recipient is detected in a Gmail or supported Outlook Web compose window, the extension prevents the message from being sent. Add an email address to your block list. 2. Open Gmail or Outlook Web and compose an email. 3. Add recipients as usual. 4. If a recipient matches your block list, the extension displays a warning and prevents the supported Send action. 5. Remove the blocked recipient or update your block list to send normally. PRIVACY Block Compose - Gmail & Outlook is designed to perform recipient checking locally in the browser. The extension does not need to read the contents of your email messages to perform its core blocking function. The extension stores your extension settings and block list using Chrome extension storage. IMPORTANT This extension is a client-side sending safeguard. It depends on the current Gmail or Outlook Web interface and may require updates when those services change their interface. Supported services include Gmail and Outlook Web, including supported personal and Microsoft 365/college Outlook environments.
