The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Bing Daily Wallpaper for ChromeOS

I created this extension just because there didn't seem to be a better option available on the web store at the time. I also was worried because the alternatives that did exist asked to "view and edit all website data" which is 100% not needed for a wallpaper changer. This extension is fully open source, and you can view the code here: https://github.com/TheHTMLProject/Bing-Wallpaper-For-ChromeOS. Thanks for your support!
