BiliFlow Bilibili Video Downloader 4K & MP3

BiliFlow is a Bilibili video downloader for Chrome that saves permitted videos, audio, subtitles and cover images to your computer. Choose an available source quality, save an MP4 with sound, or extract audio as M4A or MP3. Media processing runs on your PC, without a separate desktop downloader. Keep a tutorial for later, save your own uploads, listen to permitted music or podcasts offline, or review a video with editable captions. Use the toolbar popup, paste a video link, or start from the download controls on supported video pages and homepage cards. VIDEO DOWNLOADS WITH SOUND • Choose the actual formats returned for the selected video and part, including 720p, 1080p, 1080p 60 fps and 4K when available. • Combine separate video and audio tracks locally into one MP4. No silent-video workflow or separate manual merging tool is needed for supported sources. • Available codec choices can include H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC and AV1. Playback support depends on your player and device. • A lower-resolution upload stays at its original available quality; selecting PRO does not upscale it. AUDIO AND COVER IMAGES • Save the original AAC track as M4A, or convert audio to MP3 at 128, 192 or 320 kbps. • MP3 is a compressed format. Selecting a higher bitrate does not improve the original recording. • Save the cover image returned by the source. Image size and format depend on the original file. SUBTITLES AND LOCAL AI TRANSCRIPTS • Load available native captions and export SRT or VTT subtitle files. • Open Subtitle Studio to generate a transcript from a local audio/media file, review the text, edit cue timing and export subtitles or bilingual lines. • Optional speech recognition runs locally after a separate first-use model download. Compatible devices can use WebGPU; CPU processing is also available. • Chinese-to-English and English-to-Hindi translation use downloaded local models; Chinese-to-Hindi uses those models in sequence. Other translation selections require your separate approval to send caption text to Google's online translation service. Availability and accuracy vary; review the result before export. PROGRESS, HISTORY AND SETTINGS • Follow individual jobs in the extension and supported page controls, with progress also indicated on the toolbar icon. • Queue multiple downloads, cancel one job or retry a failed save. Eligible interrupted transfers can resume when the connection returns; some failures require a fresh retry. • Keep an optional local history with title, source link, format, date, time and status. Search it, show a completed file in its folder, or delete individual or selected finished entries. Clearing history keeps your saved files. • Choose from 13 interface language options, adjust the page download bubble and reward sounds, and control optional usage analytics. Some advanced text remains in English. FREE, PRO AND DAILY REWARDS Free includes seven successful saves per UTC day. Free video downloads support up to 720p and videos up to 15 minutes; the source must actually provide that quality. Choose a lower available quality when needed. PRO removes BiliFlow's daily allowance and video-duration limits and enables eligible higher source formats. Choose Monthly Access for 30 days, Yearly PRO for one year, or Lifetime VIP with no scheduled expiry after verification. These are one-time access options, not automatically renewing subscriptions; the checkout shows the current price and terms. Activate access with your purchase license. One free daily reward claim resets at 00:00 UTC. Outcomes may include an eligible 1080p or 4K pass, extra Free saves, temporary PRO access, or no prize. The countdown shows when the next claim is available. Reward access still depends on the returned source format. HOW TO START 1. Open a supported Bilibili video, or choose Explore Bilibili and reopen the extension. You can also paste a supported video link. 2. Check the title, video part, duration, available quality and output format. 3. Start the download and follow its progress until Chrome confirms that the file is saved. You can close the popup while a background job continues. COMMON QUESTIONS Can I download every video in 4K? Only if the source returns a compatible 4K stream and your BiliFlow plan or reward allows it. Login, VIP and regional source restrictions still apply. PRO does not bypass these restrictions or DRM. Does it add a watermark? BiliFlow does not add a visual watermark to your media. A mark already embedded in the original video can remain in the saved file. Do I need Python or a desktop conversion app? No separate installation is required for the packaged browser media tools. Local processing still needs sufficient memory, disk space and a supported Chrome version; large files or AI jobs can take time. WHAT DATA IS USED? Media files are not uploaded to BiliFlow's backend for processing. License and reward verification use backend/payment services. Optional usage analytics is off until you choose to enable it; analytics excludes video URLs, titles, media, subtitle text, cookies and license keys.
