About BFI Southbank, LFF & IMAX Ticket Alerts: The Odyssey, Dune, Digger and more

Never miss out on films like The Odyssey, Dune: Part Three, a London Film Festival screening, or any other BFI IMAX screening just because it showed "Sold out" the one time you checked. BFI Ticket Alert watches BFI's screening pages in the background and alerts you the moment a sold-out screening becomes bookable again - so you can be among the first to know when tickets reappear. What it does Checks BFI's own site automatically every few minutes for any film you choose. Sends a desktop notification the moment a screening becomes bookable, plus a red badge on the toolbar icon once you've pinned the extension. Opens the screening's BFI booking page directly, ready for you to finish checkout. Watch as many films at once as you like - The Odyssey, Dune: Part Three, Digger, London Film Festival screenings, or anything else BFI is showing. Narrow alerts down to specific screening times instead of following every screening of a film. Follow a film before screening dates are announced and get alerted when new bookable dates appear. Runs quietly in the background - routine checks don't require a tab or window to stay open. How it works Pick a film from the dropdown, click "Get notified for all screenings", or click the bell next to a specific sold-out time. That's it. Setup No account, sign-up, or configuration needed. Install it, pin it, and pick a film. Pinning is recommended because Chrome hides new extensions behind the puzzle-piece icon, and the red notification badge is only visible when the extension is pinned. Limitations Desktop notifications only work while Chrome is running. Tickets for popular BFI screenings can be booked by someone else within seconds of becoming available, so availability is never guaranteed. You're alerted when a screening becomes bookable. A newly announced screening that is already sold out won't trigger an alert until tickets become available. Very occasionally, if BFI's site challenges an automated check, the extension may briefly open a minimised window to re-establish its session before closing it again. Disclaimer This is an independent, unofficial tool built by a film enthusiast for other film enthusiasts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the BFI (British Film Institute). The extension checks BFI's public ticketing pages and directs you back to BFI's own website to complete your booking. It never books, holds, or pays for tickets itself.
