BetterFilterIn

Find fresh jobs before everyone else. BetterFilterIn is a lightweight extension that unlocks the job filters LinkedIn hides — and adds AI tools that tell you which jobs are worth your time. ★ HIDDEN TIME FILTERS LinkedIn only offers "past 24 hours / week / month." BetterFilterIn lets you set ANY custom window — down to the last 30 minutes — so you apply while a posting is still fresh and uncrowded. ★ AI RESUME MATCH (bring your own OpenAI key) Score any job against your resume: a match percentage, your strengths, the gaps, and the exact ATS keywords to add. Upload a PDF and it converts to text right in your browser. ★ "SHOULD I APPLY?" BADGES Get a Strong / Stretch / Skip verdict stamped on every job card so you can triage a whole page in seconds. ★ APPLICANT RADAR See how many people already applied and how fast that number is climbing — so you know when you're still early. ★ RECRUITER OUTREACH WRITER One click drafts a personalized connection note and message from your resume, addressed to the hiring-team member. Plus a "find recruiters at this company" shortcut. ★ MORE • Saved searches, one click to re-run • Location + radius (jobs near you) • Hide promoted, reposted, or blocked companies • Keyword include/exclude filtering • New-job desktop alerts • Show all result pages in one list • Full Arabic & English with RTL support ★ ON-PAGE RESUME MATCH — Click "Analyze match" on any job to score your fit against your resume, right there. ★ APPLICANT RADAR — See how many already applied and how fast it's growing, so you apply while you're early. ★ FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE — One click to find recruiters/HR at the company, or everyone who works there. ★ AI OUTREACH — Draft a personalized recruiter note from your resume. -- v2.0.1 — On-page resume-match analysis, applicant radar, find recruiters & employees, one-click API-key test, plus reliability & security fixes. - PRIVACY: Your data stays in your browser.
