# Better Intra Better Intra adds quality-of-life features to the 42 Intra v3 experience. ### 📅 Logtime Replace the default logtime view with a monthly calendar showing your logged hours at a glance. Each month is a colour-coded grid — darker means more hours per day. Switch to a **heatmap view** for a GitHub-style contribution map, or a **compact view** that shows past months as summary cards. Set a monthly goal (default 140h) and see a progress bar with your percentage and remaining hours. Track your daily average, last active date, and optionally use emoji-mode to gamify your hours. With cloud sync, click "Load older months" to fetch your **complete logtime history** from your first day. Fully customisable colours and animations. Subscribed 42 events appear as markers on your logtime calendar days. ### 🗺️ Cluster Map Dialog Open a live interactive cluster map popup from your profile. See real-time seat occupancy with user avatars overlaid on occupied seats, switch between cluster rooms with tabs, and browse a Wi-Fi users list showing who's connected. **Zoom in/out** (30%–300%) with +/- controls and a reset button, or switch campuses from within the dialog — a live clock shows the selected campus's local time. Auto-refreshes every 30 seconds with a last-updated indicator. Click any seat to open that user's profile (optionally in a new tab). Toggle **directional markers** showing which way each chair faces, and set a **default cluster** the dialog opens on. Works for every 42 campus. ### 👤 Profile Personalise your profile with custom avatar, banner, and background images — click your avatar to open the customisation panel with zoom slider (50-200%), click-and-drag repositioning, mouse wheel zoom, and transparent/colour background toggle with colour picker. Your custom avatar also appears in the **site navigation bar**. Choose from 30+ theme presets (synthwave, dracula, cyberpunk, garden, neon, soap, citrus, and more) that recolor your profile badges and accents. Reorder or hide dashboard cards (Logtime, Agenda, Evaluations, Projects, Achievements) by dragging them. **Campus flags** show a country flag emoji on your campus badge. Wallet, level, rank, score, and seat show as coloured badges below the profile header — click wallet to open the 42 shop. **Phoenix/Pegasus tracker** shows whether you meet your weekly thresholds with a glowing badge and hover popover. Filter your agenda by campus and event type. Click any seat label to jump to the cluster map with that seat highlighted. The Projects card uses colour-coded badges (green for projects, red for exams) for quick scanning, with a ⭐ for projects rated Outstanding and a total star badge on your own profile. Frozen students get a freeze card with a live countdown. The Thursday Roulette card also shows your monthly evaluation history as a corrector. ### 🔗 Shortcuts Add up to 8 quick-access links displayed as colourful buttons on your profile. Each link can have a name, URL, custom colour, and optional emoji. Site icons load automatically when no emoji is set. Text colour (black or white) is chosen for readability. ### 🧑‍🎓 Students ☁️ 🇧🇪 A students directory for the **Belgium** campus, opened from the users icon in the intra sidebar. Browse 42 cursus students, upcoming intakes, or specific piscine sessions. The Pisciners tab shows a grid of month/year cards to pick a session. Toggle between grid and list views, sort by name or start date, and filter by name or login. Click any login to copy it. A filter menu narrows results by pool month, pool year, and status (active, blackholed, frozen, alumni). Status badges (skull, snowflake, graduation cap) highlight inactive students, and the list loads more entries as you scroll. Requires cloud sign-in. ### 👥 Friends Access a friends panel from a button in the bottom-right corner. Add friends by login, see their avatar, level bar, wallet, correction points, and online status. Sort by online status, name, level, wallet, or evaluation points. The button badge shows how many friends are online. A follow/unfollow button appears next to the role dropdown on any user's profile, letting you manage friends without opening the full widget. Requires cloud sync. ### 📢 Announcements A top banner on profile pages shows official Better Intra announcements, colour-coded as Notice, Warning, or Critical, with optional action links. Dismiss any announcement with a click — it stays hidden for the current session. ### ☁️ Cloud Sync (optional) Authenticate with your 42 Intra account via the Cloudflare Worker to sync settings across devices. Push and pull manually, or turn on Auto push in the Account tab (or the welcome screen) to sync on Save & Reload and merge at startup. Synced visuals (avatar, banner, background) become visible to other Better Intra users viewing your profile. ### 📅 Calendar Sync ☁️ Subscribe to your 42 events in any calendar app via a private ICS subscription URL. Scan the QR code for easy mobile setup. Events auto-sync on profile visit. Configure from the Calendar tab. ### 🔔 Evaluations ☁️ Discord DM notifications when your evaluations are booked or correcteds are revealed. The Cloudflare Worker runs every 5 minutes and sends DMs directly via the Better Intra bot — no browser polling needed. Connect your Discord account from the Discord tab — auto-joins Le Bassin to enable direct messages. Quiet hours let you pause notifications during specified hours. Pending evaluations are sorted into **"To Feedback", "Evaluator", and "Evaluated"** sections with counts. 42 sign-in required. ### ⚙️ Settings Hub All extension settings in one place, accessible from the gear icon on the intra sidebar.
