The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Best Tab Renamer

Rename browser tabs by title or URL using exact or contains matching, plus optional persistence so names stick as you browse. Key features Match by Title or URL: Rename tabs using either the page title or the website address. Exact or Contains matching: Choose strict exact matching or flexible substring (contains) matching. Persistent renaming: Keep your custom tab name even when the page navigates to other sites (optional), handy for workflows where a tab’s “purpose” matters more than the current page. Supports emoji for favicon I called it Best Tab Renamer because, honestly, I couldn’t find another extension offering this same combination of title/URL matching, exact/contains options, and persistent naming in one place.
