Bertlo: AI Meeting Notes for Google Meet, Zoom - Live Caption & Translation

Live transcription and real-time translation for meetings and any website audio — Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, YouTube, online lectures, and more. No bot joins your meeting. Bertlo records and transcribes directly in your browser. Nothing joins your call as a participant — the extension captures the tab's audio on your own device. Works with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, and with YouTube, Coursera, online lectures, podcasts, and any website with audio in Chrome. KEY FEATURES - Record and transcribe live in 60+ languages. - Real-time translation with bilingual subtitles (original + translated), with customizable subtitle size, color, and display mode. - Optionally include your microphone, so your own voice is captured alongside the meeting audio. - Draggable live-transcript panel that floats over any tab — move it anywhere and choose what it shows while you keep working. - YouTube-style subtitle overlay built for meetings — a clean, familiar caption bar for following the transcript or translation at a glance. - Auto-start recording on Google Meet when you join a call, if you enable it. - Live side panel with streaming transcript and quick recording controls. - All your notes synced to one centralized workspace at bertlo.com. HOW TO PIN THE EXTENSION AND LOG IN: - After downloading, tap the extension icon, then tap the pin icon to add it to your browser bar. - You need to log in to use Bertlo. Tap the pinned Bertlo logo in your browser bar to log in to or sign up for a Bertlo account. HOW TO USE WITH GOOGLE MEET: - Remain logged in to use Bertlo. - After you join a Google Meet meeting, a Bertlo pop-up opens and offers to record the meeting on your device — with no bot in the meeting. - Turn on auto-record in settings and Bertlo starts as soon as you join a call. - You can see the live transcript in the meeting. HOW TO USE WITH ZOOM, TEAMS AND OTHER WEBSITES: - Open the meeting, or the website whose audio you want to transcribe — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, online lectures, podcasts, and more. - Click the pinned Bertlo icon in your browser bar, then click "Record". - An overlay with the live transcript appears on the website being recorded. You can move or minimize the overlay. - If you mute or pause the audio or video you want to record, there is nothing for Bertlo to capture — it records what the tab is actually playing.
