Bazaraki Tools — property search together

Apartment hunting on Bazaraki with your partner or friends? You're probably texting screenshots back and forth, forgetting which listings you've already seen, and wading through hundreds of realtor postings when all you want is a direct deal with the landlord. This extension adds a collaborative layer on top of Bazaraki.com. Create a shared workspace, invite your search partners, and every action syncs automatically between all members. HOW IT WORKS Open any property listing on Bazaraki.com — a compact panel appears right next to it. One click to mark a listing as viewed, classify the poster as owner or agent, or hide it entirely. All changes are instantly visible to everyone in your workspace. FEATURES ★ Shared workspace — create one and share with your search partners. Everyone sees the same data, synced in real time. ★ Hide listings — remove unwanted results from the map for everyone in your workspace. Unhide anytime from the extension popup. ★ Owner & realtor tags — classify who posted the listing. Then filter the map to show only direct-from-landlord properties and skip the agents. ★ Smart map markers — all statuses reflect directly on Bazaraki pins. Stars highlight owners. Flags highlight realtors. Grey pins indicate viewed properties. Hidden ones disappear completely. ★ Viewed tracking — visited listings automatically appear greyed out on the map, so your team never wastes time rechecking something already reviewed. ★ Price filter — set a min and max price range. Only matching properties stay visible. ★ Seller type filter — choose which seller types to display: owners, realtors, or unclassified. Combine with the price filter for precise results. WHO IT'S FOR Couples, families, flatmates, and small groups relocating to Cyprus. Whether you are searching in Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, Nicosia etc. — this turns a solo apartment hunt into a coordinated team effort. PRIVACY Free to use. Your data is stored securely.
