WHAT IT DOES Background Removal Cleanly cut subjects out of images and export a transparent PNG. The color-based engine samples the edges of your image to detect the background, then removes matching pixels with adjustable tolerance and edge feathering. Watermark Removal Paint over any unwanted watermark, logo, signature, timestamp, or piece of text with the brush or rectangle tool, then click Remove Watermark. HOW TO USE Click the Background Remover Pro icon in your toolbar. The editor opens in a new tab. Add an image — drag and drop, paste from your clipboard, click Choose Image, or paste a URL. Pick a mode in the sidebar: Background or Watermark. For backgrounds: adjust tolerance and edge feather, then click Remove Background. For watermarks: paint over the area you want gone, then click Remove Watermark. Click Download PNG to save the result. TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS Background removal: — Works best when the background is a single, fairly uniform color (white, light gray, sky, studio backdrop). — Start with the default tolerance (32) and slowly raise it if some background pixels remain. — Increase edge feather to 1–2 for soft, natural edges; keep it at 0 for crisp, hard cutouts. — If the subject contains colors similar to the background, lower the tolerance to avoid eating into your subject. Watermark removal: — Paint just slightly larger than the watermark itself — one or two pixels of padding helps the inpainting blend cleanly. — The Brush tool is best for irregular shapes (signatures, logos with curves). Use Rectangle for clean text overlays and timestamps. — Larger Fill Radius produces smoother fills but is slower; the default (4) is a good balance. — Works best on watermarks placed over relatively smooth or low-texture backgrounds (sky, blurred bokeh, paper, fabric).
