Backdrop - Gradient Background Generator with Colour Picker and Animation

🎨 Backdrop is an instant full-screen gradient background generator for your browser. Choose from six handcrafted colour modes or build your own palette using the HEX, RGB or HSL colour picker. Hit a button and your gradient canvas fills the screen - static or animated - at the click of a button. Save as a high-resolution PNG at any time. Perfect for screenshot backgrounds, OBS streaming scenes, presentation slides, focus sessions and ambient displays. No tracking, no accounts. Just colour. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎲 SIX COLOUR MODES: Click any mode to instantly generate a new palette — each click produces something different. Wide — High contrast colours spread far apart on the colour wheel. Bold, striking, unpredictable. Clash 💥 — Opposite hues forced together. Purple and yellow. Red and cyan. High tension, high energy. Neon — Maximum saturation on a dark base. Synthwave, cyberpunk, late-night vibes. Cosmic 🌌 — Deep space purples and near-blacks. Dark, mysterious, cinematic. Acid ⚡ — One punchy primary colour against dark near-black tones. Electric contrast. Candy 🍬 — Saturated pinks, purples and hot corals. Fun, bold and unapologetically vibrant. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🖌️ CHOOSE YOUR OWN COLOURS Prefer to pick your own?
