The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Auto Tab Closer

Automatically close tabs after a set time for specific websites. Keep your browser clean and stay focused. - Smart Patterns: Add rules for specific domains (e.g., `youtube.com`) or use wildcards for subdomains (e.g., `*.reddit.com`). - Custom Timers: Set the exact duration (minutes and seconds) for how long a tab should stay open. - Customizable Warnings: Get a "closing soon" notification at a specific time (e.g., 30 seconds before) so you aren't interrupted mid-sentence. - Pause & Resume: Need just a bit more time? Pause the countdown on active tabs or add extra minutes with one click. - Bulk Actions: Pause, resume, or close all tracked tabs instantly. - Privacy First: All rules and data are stored locally on your machine. We never collect your browsing history.
