VISUAL WORKFLOW BUILDER Create Activities by arranging Jobs in execution order. Nested scopes, indentation, collapsible blocks, and step descriptions make complex workflows easier to understand and maintain. BROWSER AUTOMATION - Open websites and manage browser tabs - Focus, switch, save, and close tabs - Click elements and fire keyboard events - Type text character by character - Paste values and clear editable fields - Scroll pages or selected scrollable elements - Wait for elements, DOM readiness, or page changes SMART ELEMENT SELECTION Select elements directly from a website while Auto Bot creates accurate CSS or XPath selectors. Preview matched elements, detect repeated items, work relative to loop elements, inspect supported actions, and decide whether the selection tab should close automatically. STRUCTURED DATA EXTRACTION Extract: - Visible text - Input values - HTML - Element attributes such as href, src, and custom attributes - One element or every matching element Store results as plain values, arrays, or structured JSON objects. Optional fields can return null instead of stopping an entire workflow. Auto Bot requests website access only when it is required for an automation, and optional permissions can be reviewed or removed through Settings. Google Sign-In is used only to authenticate your Auto Bot account and verify feature access. Auto Bot does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or your Google password.
