Attorney Toolkit Cookie Capture

Attorney Toolkit Cookie Capture connects your CAAA (California Applicants' Attorneys Association) or CAALA (Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles) listserv session to your Attorney Toolkit account. Attorney Toolkit lets California plaintiff and applicant attorneys search their association's listserv archives — for example, to research a QME, AME, expert witness, judge, or mediator before a case. Those archives sit behind a member login, so the platform needs your own authenticated session in order to search them on your behalf. This extension handles that step. After you sign in to the extension with your Attorney Toolkit account and log in to CAAA or CAALA as you normally would, it passes your session to your own Attorney Toolkit account so searches can run. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the extension icon and sign in with your Attorney Toolkit email and password. 2. Click "Open CAAA & Capture" (or the CAALA equivalent) and log in to your association site as usual. 3. The extension captures the resulting session and syncs it to your account. 4. It re-checks periodically so your session stays current, and shows status: green (good), yellow (no session yet), red (expired). WHAT IT ACCESSES The extension reads session cookies only for caaa.org and caala.org, and only for the account you are signed in to. That session is sent solely to Attorney Toolkit's own API (api.attorneytoolkit.com) over HTTPS, attached to your authenticated account. It is not shared with anyone else, not sold, and not used for advertising or analytics. The extension does not read any other site.
