The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Attention Aware Netflix Controller

Attention Aware Player uses your device's camera to detect whether viewers are paying attention to a Netflix video. When inattention is detected (e.g., a viewer looks away), the extension pauses or rewinds playback automatically. When attention resumes, playback continues. Note: To enable the camera, click the Puzzle icon (Extensions), select More actions (three dots), go to View web permissions, and set Camera to Allow.
