ARes AI Apply

AI Apply is the ARes assistant for job applications. Open it on any job posting to see how well you fit, tailor your resume to the role without inventing anything, and fill the application form from your ARes profile. You review every answer and press the employer's own submit button. SMART-APPLY FROM ARES • Found a job on aresume.ai? Click Smart-Apply on the job page or in Smart Search • The employer's application opens with AI Apply beside it, already working on that job • Your fit is checked and tailored wording is waiting for you before you reach the form • It uses the full job description from ARes, even when the employer's page shows only the form FIT, WITH REASONS • A breakdown instead of one magic number: required skills, keyword coverage, seniority, role match and work setup • The skills you already have, and the gaps the posting asks for • Clear warnings before you apply: possible scams, requests for sensitive data, language requirements, visa sponsorship and on-site constraints, each with the evidence quoted from the posting TAILORING THAT STAYS TRUE • Suggestions reword what is already on your resume, using the job's language • Anything that would add an employer, title, number, tool, credential or language you do not list is blocked and shown as a gap, never added • Accept or reject each change. Only the lines you accept change: a Word resume keeps its layout, and other files become a clean, ATS-friendly Word document • Download the tailored version, or attach it when you fill the form FILL THE FORM, NOT THE GUESSWORK • Name, contact details and links come from your ARes profile • Your resume, or the tailored version you saved, is attached for you • Policy questions (work authorization, sponsorship, notice period, salary expectation) are answered only with the answers you confirmed in your answer bank • Voluntary self-identification is answered only if you chose an answer, including "prefer not to say" • Unknown questions, consent boxes and sensitive identifiers are always left for you • Free-text questions get a draft only when you ask, based on your resume, for you to edit • Works on the application forms of most company career sites and job boards TRACK EVERY APPLICATION • Save jobs from any site to your ARes tracker • Marked Applied when the employer shows its confirmation page AI Apply requires an ARes Premium account (aresume.ai).
