The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Archify

Archify — Understand Software. Hover any element on any web page and see the system behind it: the framework (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, Svelte), the component type and UI library, the APIs it triggers, and — for security — which third-party scripts can read your form and payment fields. Everything runs 100% locally in your browser. No account, no servers, no telemetry. Open source (Apache-2.0). WHAT YOU GET • Architecture overlay — hover for the framework, component type, library, and the APIs an element fires, each with a confidence score. • Page Profile — click the toolbar icon for a whole-page picture: the tech stack, where it's hosted (Vercel, Cloudflare, Netlify…), and a client-side security roll-up. • Client-side security — every third-party script and outbound call, and which scripts can read sensitive fields like password and card number. The kind of exposure a network firewall never sees. • Honest by design — confidence scores everywhere. On minified production builds it shows the component type rather than inventing a name it can't verify. CONTROLS • Hover to inspect, click to lock, Esc to dismiss. • Ctrl+Shift+H toggles the inspector (rebindable at chrome://extensions/shortcuts). • Click the toolbar icon for the whole-page Profile. PRIVACY 100% local. Archify never transmits page contents. Analysis lives in the tab and goes away with it. The one exception stays on your device: if you trace an interaction and the page then redirects, that in-progress trace is held for up to 10 seconds so it survives the jump, and it is cleared when the tab closes or the browser session ends. The only network request Archify makes is a same-origin call to the page's own URL, to read its hosting headers — nothing is sent to us or any third party. FAQ Q: Does it handle single-page apps and lazy-loaded modules? A: Yes. Archify reads the live DOM and the browser's resource log, so modules that load later are detected when they arrive — the hover inspector evaluates the element under your cursor at that moment, not at page load. Q: Does it work on pages behind a login? A: Yes. Archify inspects whatever page your browser is showing, including authenticated pages. Analysis runs locally; nothing about the page — or your session — leaves your machine. Q: Will it slow down heavy apps? A: It's designed not to. The hover inspector is opt-in (off by default), analysis runs on demand, and the only network request Archify makes is a same-origin fetch for the page's own hosting headers.
