About aplace / a place is web

Aplace turns any web page into a shared pixel canvas. Click the aplace icon on a page, pick a color and place pixels — everyone who opens the same page with aplace sees the same canvas and creates on it together, live. - One canvas per page, for everyone. The extension and the aplace.is website share the same canvas — and the same account. - Layers protect your art. Each time you place your own color on your own pixel, it gets one more layer (up to 1000). Someone else's tap removes only one layer. - Unions. Create or join a union and create together. - Profiles. Your profile shows your pixels and the pages you create on. - Photo and text overlays to create from, with colors matched to the palette. - Safe by design. While the field is open, the site under it doesn't receive clicks. "Report" and "Remove my page" are always next to the field. - Your choice. Pages appear on aplace's public map only if you allow it. Aplace runs only on the tab where you click its icon. You can start as a guest, no account needed; your account key lets you return on any device. Signing in with Google is optional.
