Anti-Tab

You opened the browser to finish one thing. Forty minutes later you're somewhere completely unrelated. Anti-Tab fixes the switching, not your schedule. HOW IT WORKS 1. Declare your task: "Finish the client proposal." 2. Pick a duration: 25, 45, 60 minutes, or custom. 3. Work. Your new tab shows one thing: the task and the timer. 4. Try to open YouTube — Anti-Tab asks first: "You're leaving your task." Go back, or take a breath and continue anyway. 5. Mid-session, Anti-Tab checks in: "Still on it?" A breath, not a lecture. 6. When the session closes, you get a recap — what you set out to do, and how it went. It's not a blocker that treats you like a child. It's a moment between impulse and action.
