The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Anti-clipper

Anti-clipper blocks and auto-skips YouTube Shorts from channels you blacklist — clippers, re-uploaders, stolen content. Add a channel with one click while you scroll: every Short shows a small badge with the channel name and two buttons (whitelist / blacklist). Blacklisted channels are paused instantly and skipped before they play. Whitelisted creators get a green OFFICIAL badge. The popup shows your most-blocked channels of the session, a global on/off toggle, and import/export of your lists. No accounts, no tracking: everything stays in your browser.
