The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Amazon EMI Assist
Amazon EMI Assist automatically filters Amazon.co.jp search results and category listings to items sold by Amazon.co.jp.
It adds the official Amazon seller parameter (emi=AN1VRQENFRJN5) to listing URLs so you do not have to choose “Amazon.co.jp” in the seller filter every time.
Features
- Auto-apply on search (/s) and category listings
- Global on/off for all tabs
- “Don’t use on this tab” for the current tab only
- Toolbar badge: ON, paused, or OFF
- On enabled tabs, re-apply the filter if it is cleared on Amazon’s page
Out of scope
Product pages, cart, sign-in, deals, and ranking pages are not modified. Pages where Amazon removes the emi parameter are not retried.
Privacy
All processing runs in your browser. The extension does not send URLs or browsing history to the developer. Preferences are stored with Chrome’s storage APIs.
Notes
- Amazon.co.jp only. Other Amazon marketplaces are not supported.
- This is not an official Amazon product.
- “EMI” here means Amazon’s Exclusive Merchant Identifier URL parameter, not installment payments.
Version 1.1
- Apply the Amazon-sold filter on category listings as well as search
- Split controls into Global and This tab
- Show ON / paused / OFF on the toolbar badge
- On enabled tabs, re-apply the filter if it is cleared on Amazon’s page
